Electronic Bank Transfers (EBT)

 

 

NAEDO

 

The NAEDO product allows DEBIT transactions to take place agaist any account; this product is NOT limited to the Bank account holders only. The NAEDO product debits the account before the ACB debit orders are processed. NAEDO also provides a TRACKING facility, which means that when a debit order is processed and no funds are available, the facility will wait till money comes into the account and only then debit the account.

 

We are registered as a BUREAU with the bank allowing PS&S to provide NAEDO services on your behalf. This product is also fully integrated within the Smart-X package. When a contract is created the recovery information is automatically submitted for recovery. On recovery execution date the recovery is automatically processed by the Smart-X package as a payment on your Smart-X package and your business account is credited accordingly. Any contract changes (i.e. Payment Dates, Amount of Payment, etc.) which occurs between contract creation date and the sumbission for recovery, are automatically maintained and updated by the Smart-X package without any manual (operator) intervention.

 

This automation is achieved via our CIS (Centralised Internet Server) to which your Smart-X package is connected.

 

 

EFT

 

The EFT product allows DEBIT transactions to take place against any account, this product is NOT limited to bank account holders only. The EFT product is a product which has been available within the financing industry for many years and has proved to be a front -  runner of recovery packages in the industry.

 

We are registered as a BUREAU with the bank allowing PS&S to provide EFT services on your behalf. This product is also fully integrated within the Smart-X package. When a contract is created the recovery information is automatically submitted for recovery. On recovery execution date the recovery is automatically processed by the Smart-X package as a payment on your Smart-X package and your business account is credited accordingly. Any contract changes (i.e.) Payment Date's, Amount of Payment etc which occurs between contract creation date and the submission for recovery, are automatically maintained and updated by the Smart-X package without any manual (operator) intervention. 

This automation is achieved via our CIS (Centralised Internet Server) to which your Smart-X package is connected.

 

(EFT) supports one (1) utilisation option:

 

• NAEDO

The deduction is made directly and immediately after the credit run has been processed by the bank against the account holder.

 

 

NUPAY (AEDO) & (NAEDO)

 

The (NuPay) product allows only DEBIT transactions to take place against an account; this product is limited to bank account holders only.

 

DEBIT transactions against bank account holders are not reversible. This product is not fully integrated within the SmartFin package but it is interfaced with the SmartFin package.

 

Automation of submission of recovery information and the automated processing of payments is available as far as the suppliers of the package (NUPAY) have allowed. 

 

It consists of an external terminal device that allows your client to swipe his/her bankcard and authorize future dated withdrawals by keying in his/her PIN.

Once registered you must obtain a NuPay terminal (“dione”) with version 1.05.09 or better of the “Connected Solution” software installed.

This Terminal must be configured and connected to a spare COM port on your PC by a NuPay technician.

 

 

Question & Answers

 

• HOW DO I GET CONNECTED TO UTILISE THIS PRODUCT? 

 

Firstly: If you wish to utilise the NuPay product on your SmartFin package you must complete the document " Merchant Service Application Document" the completed document must then be forwarded to NuPay.

 

Secondly: Once you have subscribed to this service the NuPay technical staff will install the card swipe terminal equipment at you office and will cable connect the card swipe equipment to you computer. 

 

 

PRICING:

 

• Directly Billed and Payable to NUPAY: Obtain quotation directly from NUPAY.

• Directly Billed and Payable To PS&S: If the NuPay package is utilised in an interfaced manner within the SmartFin package.

If you require this solution you must specifically ensure that you specify to the NuPay technical staff that you need a connected solution to the SmartFin package.
