COMPUSCAN

 

The credit control industry products are products allowing you to gain direct access to credit checking institutions for credit checking purposes.

These products are fully integrated within Smart-X package and do not require any additional software or hardware to be installed.

 

• How do I apply to use COMPUSCAN credit checking?

You must apply directly to Compuscan for this facility. Once you received your User Name & Password from compuscan submit a service request to have your integrated CompuScan credit checking facility activated/enabled on your SmartFin package. 

The costs to activate/enable the integrated CompuScan facility within your SmartFin package will be a once off activation fee. 

 

• How do I apply to use NLR via Compuscan? 

You must apply directly to Compuscan for this facility. Once you have received your User Name & Password from Compuscan submit a service request and have your integrated NLR credit checking facility activated/enabled on your SmartFin package.

 

 

NLR DIRECT

 

Personalised Systems & Services Pty (Ltd) has negotiated necessary agreements to gain direct access to the National Loans Register (NLR) information. This access is gained to the NLR database residing at EXPERIAN through the MLCB portal.

 

This means that our clients do not need to submit their NLR information via any other 3^rd Party’s to be able to comply and do their NLR credit checking.

The advantage on this arrangement can be broadly summarised as follows:

• The turn around time to do an NLR credit checking on your clients will be greatly reduced, as a result of this direct link.

• Your credit checking costs will also be greatly reduced due to the fact that no monthly levies what so ever is payable with PS&S NLR Direct.

  • If you should be utilising the PRE LOAN APPROVAL SYSTEM (PLAS) available within SmartFin you will be able to extract and incorporate any qualitative or quantitative NLR DIRECT information/parameters into your client affordability sheet. This extraction of information is token driven and is configurable by you. In fact you will be in a position to define, process and calculate your own credit scoring for your client. 

  The incorporated features of the NLR DIRECT facility as provided by PS&S included the following at no extra costs or charges to our clients: 

  • LOAN / CONTRACT REGISTRATION with NLR

  • PROCESSING OF BATCH ENQUIRIES

  • SUBMISSIONS OF CLIENTS PAYMENT PROFILES

  • THE PROCESSING OF LOAN CLOSURES 

   

  All of the above features are integrated within your SmartFin product and are automated with the minimum of operator intervention.

   

   

  NB!

  • If you utilise PS&S NLR DIRECT to do NLR enquiries, you may not utilise any other system to also perform NLR enquiries. 

  • On your activation request you may only choose either DETAIL or SUMMARY NLR information, you may not utilise them together.

  • How do I apply to use NLR via Compuscan?

  You can apply directly to PS&S by submitting a service request and have your integrated NLR credit checking facility activated/enabled on your SmartFin package. Simultaneously print and complete the Compuscan application form and fax the form directly to Compuscan.
