ABOUT US

Established in 1989, PS&S originally provided IT consultation to corporate companies. For the past 13 years we have been concentrating primarily on the development and sales of financing packages for the Financial Industry as a whole.

We have created four rules in order for us to be professional and to give our clients the products and services they deserve.

RULE I: WE SHALL MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, AND:

  • Accept responsibility for our actions.

  • Undertake projects and accept responsibility only if qualified by training or experience, or only after full disclosure to our clients of our pertinent qualification or experience.

  • Maintain our professional skills at the state of the art and recognize the importance of continued personal development and education.

  • Advance the integrity and prestige of our profession by practicing in a dignified manner.

  • Support this code and encourage colleagues and co-workers to act in accordance with this code.

  • Obey the law of the country in which the work is being performed.

RULE II: WE IN OUR WORK SHALL:

  • Provide the necessary leadership to promote maximum productivity while striving to minimize costs.

  • Apply state of the art tools and techniques to ensure quality, cost and time objectives, as set forth on the project plans, are met.

  • Treat fairly all team members, colleagues and co-workers,  regardless of race, religion, sex, age and national origin.

  • Protect all team members from physical and mental harm.

  • Seek, accept and offer honest criticism of work and properly credit the contribution of others.

  • Assist team members, colleagues and co-workers in their professional development.

  • Show respect to team members assigned equipment, tools and facilities by avoiding intrusions in a team member’s workspace without explicit approval of the team member concerned.

RULE III: WE IN OUR RELATIONS WITH CLIENTS SHALL:

  • Act as faithful agents or trustees in professional or business matters.

  • Keep information and the business affairs or technical processes of our clients in confidence.

  • Neither give nor accept, directly or indirectly, any gift, payment or service of more than nominal value to or from those having business relationships with our client.

  • Be honest and realistic in reporting project quality, cost and time.

RULE IV: WE IN FULFILLING OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE COMMUNITY SHALL:

  • Protect the safety, health and welfare of the public and speak out against abuses in those areas affecting public interest.
